Swiss meringue buttercream is a fairly complicated recipe to make from scratch. There are quite a few steps to follow, some of which are quite tricky and tend to fail quite often.
At FunCakes, we like to make delicious baking recipes very easy for you by developing baking mixes for them.
Swiss meringue buttercream is less sweet than regular buttercream, but can be used the same way. For covering and filling cakes and decorating cupcakes.
Perfect for cakes and cupcakes.
Preparation: All ingredients should be at room temperature. For one serving: mix 100g of the mixture with 70ml of hot tap water for 8 minutes with a whisk on the highest setting until the dough is aerated. Add 220g unsalted butter (cream) in 4 parts to the mixture and beat until the butter is completely dissolved before adding the next part. Beat at high speed for about 8 minutes until smooth. One portion of cream is enough to fill and cover 1 20 cm cake or to decorate approximately 12 cupcakes.
Ingredients: sugar, egg white (dehydrated), thickener: E466, acidifier: E330, flavor.
