The chocolate transfer sheet is a sheet covered with a thin layer of cocoa butter. It allows you to make impressions on chocolate.

Tips: Since edible inks are relatively transparent, it is advisable to use white couverture chocolate, or white or ivory icing paste.

Composition: starch (corn), cocoa butter, sugar, glucose syrup, bamboo fiber, sunflower lecithin, emulsifier E472a, vanilla flavor.
