Instructions for 100g of chocolate: put your chocolate to melt in a bain-marie. Heat up to 40-45 ° C. Take out the bain-marie and add 1g of cocoa butter. Let the temperature drop to 34-35 ° C (dark choco) or 33-34 ° C (choco milk or white). Then mix with a spatula until reaching 31-32 ° C (dark choco) or 29-30 ° C (choco milk or white). Everything is ready you can use your chocolate!
Cocoa Butter Pistols are made from 100% pure cocoa butter and are 100% vegetable. Cocoa butter pistoles are ideal for high temperatures. They can be used while tempering chocolate.
But also to dilute the melted Deco Melts.
Ideal for making chocolates and pralines, but ensures fluidity of Deco Melts.
Content: 200 grams.
Instructions: to liquefy the melted chocolate. Dosage: 10-15%.
