A pot of silver mirror glaze to glaze your pastries easily. Ready to use, it allows you to create an ultra-shiny topping and an impeccable finish for your desserts in just a few moments, worthy of a great pastry chef! EASY TO USE
Glazing your desserts has never been so easy: Dilute the icing with 20g of water. Heat the pot in a bain-marie to 50°C without the lid, turn the preparation regularly, then place your icing on a frozen entremets and it's ready! silver color.
PRACTICAL SIZE
An ultra-practical 300g pot that allows you to heat the preparation directly in the pot.

This pot allows you to glaze 6 small individual entremets or 1 log 25/30 cm long.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, pectin, sodium alginate, carrageenan, citric acid, sodium citrate, calcium lactate, tricalcium phosphate, potassium sorbate, colorants: E555, E173, E153; aroma.
