Bring ancient Greece and Rome to life with this silicone mold which allows you to create ancient style pillars. The mold has 6 sections, the column part, the top part and the bottom part of the column. You can create a truly 3D column by placing 2 casts back to back.
How to use with fondant or sugar paste:
Wash and dry the molds well before use and sprinkle lightly with corn flour to facilitate demoulding. Keeping the mold on a flat, firm surface, push out a ball of batter. Press the dough evenly and firmly into the pan without overfilling. Use a rolling pin and apply even pressure to make sure all areas are solid and the base is flat. Scrape off any excess dough, then push the dough away from the edges to get a clean release. Turn the mold over and gently release the paste embellishment onto a clean surface.
