Food coloring powder to give color to your culinary creations! Convenient for coloring meringues, pastries, ice creams, dairy products, frosting, sugar paste, etc. ScrapCooking® powder dyes are of natural origin.
The color is very beautiful when used cold, of the icing type. Note that some colors do not resist cooking well (such as red and blue). Use: ideal for icing, buttercream or macarons in pastel colors.
Ingredients: maltodextrin, stabilizer: D-Trehalose, spirulina extract, stabilizer: E331(iii).
Average nutritional values per 100 g / Energy value: 1558kj – 372 kcal / fats: 0 g - of which saturated fatty acids: 0 g / carbohydrates: 93 g - of which sugars: < 1 g / proteins < 1g / salt: 0.26 g.

Store away from light and humidity after opening. For pastries, confectionery. Do not ingest as is. Do not inhale. Do not get in eyes.
Maximum dosage: +/- depending on the desired color.
Tips/Usage: Save these instructions. To maintain color, cold use recommended. If the powder becomes compacted, crush with a spoon before use. To be incorporated directly into the preparation +/- depending on the desired color or to be diluted beforehand in a few drops of water.
