The piping gel is a transparent gel that is used
- to create beautiful effects on your cakes (for example, a drops of water or fog effect)
- to glaze the top of your cupcakes before covering them with marzipan or sugar paste
- to fix an image (embossed) on your cake, because it is invisible through the image.
Do you like working with little characters? Here too the piping gel is ideal! Grease the character with piping gel, then cover it for example with sugar paste. The sugar paste will adhere perfectly.
The piping gel can also be used to draw the outline of drawings on your cake. First draw outlines, then color the drawing. The contours will then disappear since the piping gel is transparent. To remove the gel, you can help yourself with a pastry bag.
Ingredients: Water, corn syrup, sugar, modified food starch, carrageenan, sodium citrate, citric acid, salt, natural and artificial flavor and 1/10th of 1% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (as preservatives).
Store in a cool, dry place (15-20 ° C).
