Melt chocolate can be melted in a double boiler or in the microwave.
It is made from real chocolate.
Content: 350 grams.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place between 8 and 20 ° C.
Preparations: Pour the chocolate to melt in a bowl suitable for the microwave. Melt at maximum power (± 800 W) in the microwave. To evenly distribute the temperature, remove the chocolate every 15/20 seconds and stir well. Stop heating when the chocolate is almost completely melted (you can still see small pieces of chocolate). Keep stirring until the chocolate is dissolved. Make sure that no water is added!
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter (30%), whole milk powder, emulsifier: E322 (soy), natural vanilla flavor.
