These extreme white pistoles have a delicious creamy white chocolate taste.
FunCakes' decorative pistoles offer you a wide range of possibilities! You can use them to give a dripping effect to your cake or sublimate your lollipops and chocolates. They are also ideal for coating your cookies, fruits, or cake pops, and to decorate all your sweets.
FunCakes' Deco Melts pistoles melt easily in the microwave or bain-marie. They can be melted many times. You do not need to add cocoa butter, because the pistoles have the right thickness to be worked. To obtain a finer consistency, add a few drops of vegetable oil. For a thicker consistency, add a few drops of water. In this case, please note that the pistoles can not be melted again for later use.
The FunCakes Deco Melts pistoles are AZO-free.
Preparation: Melt with a microwave or a bain-marie. For microwaves: Melt at 500W max. In a bowl. Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Stop heating when the pistoles are almost melted (small pieces still visible). Continue stirring until smooth and use as desired. Let cure in the refrigerator (10-15 min.). For a finer rendering, add a few drops of vegetable oil. For a thicker result, add a few drops of water (can not be remelted).
Ingredients: sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), powdered milk (skimmed), color: E133, emulsifier: E492, E322 (sunflower). For allergens, see ingredients in bold. This product is Halal certified.
Storage: Store in a dry place, protected from light (16-22 ° C).
