Renshaw's extra sugar paste from England is very elastic, but firm, and therefore easy to use. Its texture makes it perfectly suited to hot and humid climates.
This sugar paste does not stick and is deliciously flavored with lemon. Its silky appearance is ideal for coating your cakes. It also makes it possible to erase all the imperfections. About 500 g of sugar paste are needed for topping a round cake 24 to 26 cm in diameter or a square 20x20 cm.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, water, humectant: E422, emulsifier: E471, oil (lemon), stabilizer: E413, E466, acidity regulator: E330, preservative: E202, natural flavor.
