The highly concentrated ProGel food coloring is the new trend in food coloring! A small amount is enough to give a rich and deep color to your creations. The tubes thus last a very long time.
Simply add a little ProGel to your fondant, marzipan, cream, cookie dough and other chocolate to see it transform into the color you want.
Each gel comes packaged in an easy-to-use, color-matched plastic tube. The tubes are sealed under the screw cap. Just pierce the seal and squeeze the tube for the gel to flow out.
Instructions for use: Add a little gel to the fondant or the almond paste and knead the whole to evenly mix the color with the paste. Repeat the operation until the desired color is obtained. The almond paste or the colored fondant is now ready to decorate your cake!
Ingredients: humectant E422, water, coloring E133, modified starch (tapioca).
Allergens: nut, GMO and gluten free, this Kosher and Halal certified product is suitable for vegetarians.
