A COMPLETE KIT - This box contains all the accessories for creating marshmallow bears: 1 "bear" silicone mold + 150g milk chocolate couverture + 50g marshmallows + 1 cardboard transport box + 1 recipe booklet.
12 TEDDY SHAPES - The mold contains 12 adorable teddy bear shaped cavities to replicate the size and look of the traditional marshmallow bear. Dimensions of each cavity: 4.5 x 3 x H 1.5 cm. A versatile utensil: suitable for both your chocolate bears with a marshmallow heart, and for pouring your cake batter into them.
FLEXIBLE & NON-STICK MOLD - 100% Platinum soft silicone of professional quality and suitable for food contact. Quick and easy release thanks to the non-stick coating that does not stick. Goes in the freezer, in the microwave, in the oven. Withstands high temperatures (from -20°C to + 230°C) to guarantee successful cooking. Easy to clean in the dishwasher.
RECIPE INSIDE - Comes with a marshmallow bear recipe inside. Add 150g of milk chocolate and 50g of marshmallow, follow the instructions and place them in the fridge for 4 hours. Irresistibly good marshmallow bears!

Material: 100% platinum professional quality silicone suitable for food contact.
Ultra flexible and non-stick mold
Dimensions: 25 x 12.5cm
Footprint dimensions: 4.5 x 3 x H 1.5 cm
Use: oven, microwave, refrigerator or freezer.
Withstands temperatures from -20°C to + 230°C.
Dishwasher, electric and conventional oven safe.
Precautions for use: Before the first use and after each use, wash the mold in hot water without detergent or in the dishwasher. Butter the mold only the first time you use it. Do not put the mold in the oven without filling all the cells (put a little water if a cell remains empty). Do not put the mold in direct contact with a flame or on an electric hob. Do not use a sharp tool in the mould.
Milk couverture chocolate:
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF NUTS, GLUTEN, EGGS, MILK, SESAME SEEDS, LUPINE, SOY, FISH, PEANUTS, SULPHITES. Cocoa: 35% minimum.
