The silicone mold creates the most realistic rendition of the flower's petals possible. The flower's petal veiner captures every ruffle, pillow, and vein as the petals were created from the top and bottom of each leaf or petal, creating nature's most realistic replica.
The botanically correct veins leave room for your yarn and won't cut through your dough and since the veins were created by nature they also shape and form your backing. Each veiner is cast using the highest quality platinum-based food grade silicone.
Storage Instructions: Keep out of direct sunlight to extend the life of the silicone molds
Instructions :
Wash the mold in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly before use
Lightly grease a non-stick board with white vegetable shortening and thinly spread fondant or cold porcelain
Release the dough from the board, using cutters, cut out a leaf shape and place it on one half of the veining
Press with the other half of the veining to emboss both sides of the sheet with a natural veining pattern
Remove the foil from the veining and soften the edges with a ballpoint tool, if desired
