It's easy to create realistic leaves.
You can experiment with sugar paste, marzipan, pastillage, modeling chocolate, chocolate, isomalt and cold porcelain. .
Designed and manufactured in the UK by the master craftsmen at Squires Kitchen, all molds and veins are made from durable platinum grade silicone which has been approved for food use. The flexible silicone can be frozen and can withstand temperatures up to 204˚C.
Storage Instructions: Keep out of direct sunlight to extend the life of the silicone molds
Instructions :
Wash the mold in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly before use
Lightly grease a non-stick board with white vegetable shortening and thinly spread fondant or cold porcelain
Release the dough from the board, using cutters, cut out a leaf shape and place it on one half of the veining
Press with the other half of the veining to emboss both sides of the sheet with a natural veining pattern
Remove the foil from the veining and soften the edges with a ballpoint tool, if desired
Suitable for food contact: Yes
