Ready to use, you can make many recipes: jellies, mousses, macaroons, sorbets and ice creams, ganaches, candies, fruit pastes, toppings, cocktails, etc. Practical packaging, in a flexible bottle, equipped with a resealable cap.

Before opening: it is recommended to store the fruit puree away from heat and humidity & in a cool place (preferably in the refrigerator between +4°C/+6°C => but the product is stable at room temperature).
After opening: store for 21 days in the refrigerator at +4°C/+6°C.
