Pot of white fondant powder, ideal for your choux pastry, éclairs, biscuits, cupcakes, calissons... Easy to use, it can also be flavored and colored using ScrapCooking® natural flavors and colorings.
Simply add +/- 18 ml of water, mix and you can then apply the icing to your pastries using an offset spatula.
This pot allows you to cover approximately 1 cake and 10/15 éclairs.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup.
May contain traces of NUTS, GLUTEN, EGGS, MILK, SESAME SEEDS, LUPINE, SOY.
