With the FunCakes Mix for Dip'n Drip you can easily make your own icing in the color of your choice. You can add food coloring to the mixture. Dip'n Drip from FunCakes is also known as fondant for icing or "liquid fondant", it is ideal for coating your cakes, cupcakes and donuts.
Preparation: To make your liquid fondant, mix 100 g of the mix in 14 mL of hot tap water. Coloring possible. Stir well before use. If the fondant icing becomes hard, place it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds and stir again.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup.
Simply melt the Dip'n Drip in the microwave and dip your cake into the icing, or pour it onto your cake.
It can also be used to embellish your decorations with a pastry bag.
Tip: Also use frosting to decorate homemade donuts.
Preparation: Pour the melting icing into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the icing at 340 W in the microwave for about 1 minute, maximum 40 ° C. Coloring possible.
